Submission Method & Requirements
1. Papers for publication must be submitted in full paper electronically via the following system. All edition and update must be done up until the submission deadline.
2. The authors are suggested to use the Formatting Template to meet formatting requirements.
Your paper must comply with the following specifications:
Paper Length : Each paper should be within 4-8 pages, each registration covers 5 pages, for extra pages, fee will be charged.
Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
3. Submissions to ICIAIC 2024 should report significant, original, and previously unpublished results on the aspects of computer science. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews, who are experts or have been experienced in the related field for years. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
4. At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration and make a presentation on-site.

Important Notes:

At least one author from each accepted paper must present their work in person at the conference.

The accepted and presented papers will be published the conference proceedings online. The registration fee is the same for authors attending the onsite conference, online conference or both.

If the author wants to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply. Cancellations received before August 8, 2024 will be returned in full minus the administrative charge of 100 USD/600 CNY. Cancellations made after August 28, 2024 will not be refunded. Refunds will be given following the conclusion of the meeting.

Force Majeure: The Organizer cannot accept or bear responsibility, refund or any compensation if the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure.
